Established in 2004, TGS Partners has grown to become an AFR Top 100 boutique Chartered Accounting practice. We are purposefully located outside the CBD for ease of access for our clients. We provide a wide variety of businesses and high net worth clients with accounting, taxation compliance and advisory services. With a team of over 20 professional staff we have the scale to help, whatever your needs.
We have over 60 years combined experience with “Big 4” accounting practices, which allows us to provide high-end services and advice with significantly lower fees.
In addition, through our associated business WealthSpan, we provide a full suite of financial planning and wealth management services.
Darren Heveren
Managing Director
Darren is a Chartered Accountant and Financial Adviser and has over 28 years of business advisory experience, including 15 years with Deloitte Private.
Darren focuses on providing value add strategic consulting services to privately owned businesses of all sizes, and family office advisory services to high net worth families and individuals.
With a thorough understanding of the accounting and tax issues encountered by all types of entities, including superannuation funds, companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals, Darren is able to help clients with complex business structures.
We strive to build long term relationships with all of our clients to ensure they build financial resilience and wellbeing. Many clients having partnered with Darren for the long term, including several large family clients that have been working with him for over 20 years.
Spiros Hrambanis
Director
Spiros is a Chartered Accountant and Financial Adviser. He has over 28 years experience in business advisory services, including 10 years with Deloitte. Spiros’ areas of expertise include; retirement planning, superannuation, SMSFs, tax planning and compliance, foreign tax advisory and GST advice. Spiros’ clients include small to medium sized businesses and charities.
Jonathan Kress
Director
Jonathan is a Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience working with private businesses and their owners. He spent the formative years of his career at Deloitte in Australia and Canada, including a two-year stint in corporate audit.
Jon heads up our Digital Financial Intelligence service division (#DFi) and loves working with early and growth stage, technology, and trading businesses. He has a significant amount of experience with Virtual CFO engagements, including a 12-month secondment to a $35m+ real estate business as acting CFO. Throughout his career, he has assisted many clients establish robust finance processes and set themselves up for their growth journey.
Jon has a passion for streamlining finance processes, setting up business plans and management reporting frameworks to measure success.
